We made a quick video just to show you how to keep your knives sharp.
If you’re sharpening your knife by hand with a honing steel, it will eventually lose it’s edge. You can still sharpen it, but it won’t stay sharp very long, and will be a lot of work just to increase the sharpness a little with the steel.
Once this happens (every 6 months to a year) – just bring your knife in to D’Arcy’s Meat Market, and we’ll restore the edge on our mechanical grinder.
