Whole Boneless Turkey Roll Deposit

Our Turkeys are locally raised on local farms around the Edmonton region. Depending on what is available from our farmer you may receive a fresh or frozen turkey roll. 

Secure your Whole Boneless Free Range Turkey Roll by leaving a deposit. 

Our 13-24lb. birds will yield about 50% after deboning and will be fresh. Cost of the boneless turkey is $13.60/lb. ($29.99/kg). A 6-9lb. boneless turkey roll is the equivalent of a whole turkey weighing 12-18lb. while a 9-12lb. boneless turkey roll is the equivalent to a whole bird t 18-24lb. A whole turkey roll contains white and dark meat. Half a pound per person is the recommended serving size for boneless meat. 

***Turkey sizes can not be guaranteed as the farmers can only give us their best guess as to the sizes they expect. Discounts will not be given should the turkey fall outside of the requested range.
