Our Turkeys are locally raised on farms around the Edmonton region. Depending on what is available from our farmer you may receive a fresh or frozen Turkey Crown.
A turkey crown roast is simply the bone in skin on breast removed from the rest of the carcass of the turkey. It's perfect for those that like white meat only, but still want the flavour of the bone and crispy skin.
A small Turkey Crown feeds ~ 8-12 people and a Large Turkey Crown Feeds ~ 12-18 people.
Secure your Turkey Crown Roast by leaving a $15 deposit. The remaining balance will be billed at $15.87/lb. ($34.99/kg)
***Turkey Crown sizes can not be guaranteed as the farmers can only give us their best guess as to the sizes they expect. Discounts will not be given should the turkey fall outside of the requested range. Should you find your turkey to be too large or too small at the time of pick up talk with us and we can help with suitable options.
