Baron of Beef comes from the 'hip' cuts located on a hind quarter of beef. Inside Round, Outside Round, Eye of Round, and Sirloin Tip. It is slow roasted until medium rare and sliced thin. It can be eaten as a roast beef or it can be used to make beef on a bun.
All non-smoked catering options are picked up from D'Arcy's Meat Market - St. Albert. We require a minimum of 15 servings and 1 weeks notice as well as payment in full to reserve your catering. Catering is not eligible for dine in or delivery. Payment and booking is also accepted in person at the butcher shop.
