We made a limited quantity of Ostrich Pepperoni (aka Richeroni) for all you adventurous foodies in the Edmonton area.
Our Ostrich Pepperoni is a great snack food that is perfect for lunches or on a meat and cheese platter. It is made using our in house pepperoni recipe and is a much leaner and drier snack than normal pepperoni. They can be eaten cold but feel free to warm them up over the campfire, on your smoker, or in your microwave before serving!
Each pack contains 5 pepperoni sticks at 180g or more.Â
