Raised in Mannville, AB, Canada by the team at Prairie Prime Wagyu. This is one of the only purebred wagyu sources we can get here in Alberta. We dry age in house at D'Arcy's for a superior tenderness and unique flavour.
Wagyu Outside Round can be oven roasted, bbq'd, or smoked. For best results cook this roast low and slow between 175-225F until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-140F.
You need approximately 8oz (a half pound) per person to have enough roast to feed you group.
