Ground Wagyu Beef

Get individually wrapped dry aged wagyu ground beef. Sourced from local Alberta producers and ground In house by our team of butchers. On average each bundle of 10lb. will contain 8-12 packages totalling 10lb. Available in fresh or frozen options.  Wagyu Ground Beef contains more fat than lean ground beef and is commonly used when you're looking for added flavour or juiciness. Dry Aged Wagyu has a unique flavour as well that can't be duplicated by conventional meats. Use this product to elevate your chili, tacos, pasta sauces etc.
