Baron of Beef is cut form the hip of beef, either an Outside Round, Inside Round, or SIrloin Tip Roast. It reminds us of 'wedding' roast beef.
Our grass fed and finished beef is raised just north of St. Albert, AB by the Jubenville family this is the healthiest choice of beef. It has a lower fat content and an earthy rich flavour. For best results we recommend cooking it low and slow over a long period of time until medium rare (an internal temperature of 130F).
The Jubenville farm is certified organic and certified humane.
