Bison Rib Eye is an excellent choice when you're looking for a very tender cut that is suitable for grilling. We recommend not to cook Bison over an internal temperature of 129F (medium rare).
Choose a 10-12 oz portion for a 1" thick cut.
Bison is a lean meat that is very high in protein and full of flavour. It is similar to beef, but with a more distinct earthy flavour. Alberta is home to many fine Bison farms and we are proud to offer Bison that is raised locally on pasture right here in Alberta. Our Bison products are naturally raised with minimal human contact and are free of any growth enhancers, steroids, or added hormones.
