We make our beef sausage from scratch in house using local Alberta Beef.
This is a classic beef sausage recipe in a collagen casing. BBQ or bake. Can be eaten as a stand alone meat or on a bun with ketchup, mustard, etc.
They're meaty without any unnecessary fillers or fats. Expect a quality sausage with a mild flavour your whole family will love.
