Bone In Striploin Steak is one of the most tender and highly sought after cuts from a beef. It is a leaner choice. A 14-16 ounce portion is an average sized bone in striploin steak around 3/4" - 1" thick.

It is a great choice when looking for a less expensive option that is sure to impress (When compared to grass fed, certified organic, dry aged, or wagyu beef varieties).
